In the summer and autumn of 2025, the Jorge Rossy Trio will present their debut album Puerta—a project that marks a significant turning point in Rossy’s artistic career. As a vibraphonist and bandleader, Rossy places his own compositions at the center, with vibraphone and marimba taking a prominent role. This marks a decisive step away from his earlier work with larger ensembles toward a more personal and intimate musical expression.

The album showcases Rossy’s evolution as a vibraphonist and composer, exploring new sonic possibilities within the trio format. For this tour, he is joined by Ole Morten Vågan on double bass and Bruno Tagliasacchi Masia on drums.

Rossy has performed this project in Norway only once before—at Herr Nilsen in Oslo in the spring of 2023.
